Zachary J. Bialick

Zachary Bialick is a Partner with Shea Aiello, PLLC.  Zachary’s higher education began at Michigan State University, where he graduated from the Eli Broad College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.  While attending Michigan State University, he was an active member in the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.  After graduating, Zachary began studying at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.  Zachary achieved two Book Awards, for outstanding academic performance, in his Corporate and Partnership Taxation and Advanced Corporate and Partnership Taxation classes.

During law school, Zachary worked as a law clerk at the University of Michigan’s Detroit Center for Family Advocacy, and the Salvation Army William Booth Legal Aid Clinic, where he dealt with many family law and landlord-tenant disputes.  In addition to family law, Zachary has always had an interest in estate planning, business law and finance.

Currently, Zachary specializes in Estate and Business Planning. This includes preparing Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney for his clients so their wishes may be followed should something happen.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys playing golf and tennis.  He also enjoys watching Detroit sporting events, and rooting for his favorite team – the Spartans!
